Regina Silveira for Rolls-Royce 2014

At SP-Arte, the São Paulo International Art Fair, Rolls-Royce Motor Cars announced an unveiling facilitated by IAM: a new installation by the acclaimed Brazilian artist Regina Silveira was set for introduction on April 2nd, with the exhibition running until April 6th, 2014. „Rolling Tracks“ expanded on Silveira’s decade-long exploration of ‚Derrapagens,‘ or tyre tracks. This collaboration marked a significant development in Silveira’s practice. It responded to both the architectural grandeur of Oscar Niemeyer’s Biennial building, which hosted the fair, and the dynamic contours of a Rolls-Royce Ghost, merging artistic inquiry with automotive elegance in a striking depiction of movement and design.
