IAM Project:
Art in the House
Wim Wenders‘ artist film, „Anselm – Das Rauschen der Zeit,“ celebrated its premiere in Germany this autumn. On this occasion, thanks to an invitation from Art in the House/DCM, Andrea Seehusen from IAM had the honor of interviewing the renowned filmmaker and artist at AchtBerlin.
The film is a captivating exploration of the two years Wenders spent with Anselm Kiefer, delving into his creative process and inspirations ranging from literature to poetry, and philosophy. One distinctiveness of „Anselm“ lies in its 3D filming technique, providing an extraordinary journey through Kiefer’s art and studios. Wenders‘ latest work represents an enthralling use of this form, capturing another pioneering artist’s life and work in a truly original manner.
